Full-Stack Engineer

About this role
You'll be embedded across Syntree's ventures and client engagements — building real systems that go to production. This isn't a ticket-grinding role. You'll have context, ownership, and the expectation that you think about what you're building, not just how.
What you'll do
- Build and ship features across NestJS + Next.js codebases
- Write strict TypeScript — no any, no shortcuts
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
- Work across multiple products and client projects
What we're looking for
- Strong NestJS and Next.js — you've shipped production systems
- TypeScript strictness is a default, not an afterthought
- You write tests because you care, not because you're told to
- PostgreSQL and Prisma comfortable
- You can work independently and manage your own time
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations
- Familiarity with pnpm monorepos
- Experience working across multiple client projects
